Do you Require Ground Transport?

Private Ground Transportation (Land Taxi) Costs: ONE WAY - Including Luggage. To/From St. Thomas airport to American Yacht Harbour, Red Hook (a 20-30min drive) is $135.00 for 1-5, and for 6 or more passengers, it is $25.00 per person To/From St. Thomas airport to Crown Bay Marina, Charlotte Amalie (a 5min drive) is $65.00 for 1-4 passengers, and $15.00 for every additional passenger. We can also provide ground transport to/from your hotel to our water taxi vessel. Please enquire for costs. For all private ground transportation - the driver is to be paid separately in cash on the day.

Water Taxi Terms of Agreement

The Captain reserves the right to change/modify the Water Taxi route, due to any weather, or other safety concerns without notice. If you decide to book the Charlotte Amalie, Crown Bay Marina pick up or drop off and the weather does not permit, we will drop off/pick up at Red Hook, American Yacht Harbour and refund you the difference. If you have booked your ground transportation with us, we will inform your driver of the change. Kindly note that our water taxi quotes can vary slightly in price, depending on the day of the week, public holidays, and our availability.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel for a full refund, please provide us with 7 full days prior notice to the pick up time & date of your FIRST water taxi booking/trip. In case of inclement weather and we are unable to serve you, a full refund will be processed. We highly recommend that you have travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness/injury, or if your flight is cancelled or delayed. Our Captains also reserve the right to change/modify the route without notice, due to any weather or other safety concerns.
