  • A: Due to the BVI & USVI port hours of operation, we recommend booking a flight into that St. Thomas that lands no later than 4:00PM. (The earlier the better!)

Similarly, your flight departure time out of St. Thomas should be no earlier than 1:30PM. The BVI ports do not open until 8:30AM (sometimes later), and we like to adhere to a pick up time that is 5 hours prior to your flight departing in St. Thomas to ensure ample time to clear ports and account for any unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages at the ports, government systems being down, traffic jams enroute to the airport in St. Thomas etc!

  • A: Late arrivals can become tricky due to the port hours of operation. If we miss the first Port of Entry (at West End, Sopers Hole), we will then have to reroute to another port; such as Road Town.

Road Town currently closes at 8:00PM - but if we have to apply for a late clearance or reroute (which can only be decided on the day of travel), there may be an additional fee of $40.00 per person. Late clearances are not always guaranteed and if your flight is severely delayed, you may need to consider overnighting in St. Thomas, and being brought over the following day, based on our availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate you and get you over to the BVI the same day.

We recommend booking a flight into that St. Thomas that lands no later than 4:00PM. Similarly, your departure flight out of St. Thomas should be no earlier than 1:30PM.
